Description Are you a level 2 Tech Support professional and local to the Naples, FL area? If so, we have the ideal role for you working 5 days onsite at our client's location in Naples, FL. Apply for this growing company's Help Desk Analyst position in the Non-Profit field. If you can represent the Service Desk by liaising with 2nd and 3rd level teams to help transition new and changing services, this Service Desk Analyst job might be for you. You will need to be comfortable with creating knowledge articles and arranging training for other Service Desk Analysts when needed. If you can handle complex end-user support issues and provide support to team members by focusing and restoring service to the end users, this job might be for you. This position absolutely must understand how the Help Desk Analyst role relates to IT projects and IT Service Management initiatives. Another important piece of knowledge candidates should have is an understanding of Incident, Problem, Change Management and other processes. Also, how these processes work together to provide superior support and high availability of our business. There might also be times when you need to cover alternative shifts.How you will make an impact

Understand concepts related to networks, servers, PCs, databases, proprietary systems, etc.

Troubleshoot end user issues: Provide root-cause analysis on various web and mobile applications; handle escalated tickets relating to server/network related issues

If you believe you can facilitate user account management by handling onboarding, change and departure processes, you will be good at this job

Maintain hardware and peripherals: Responsible for upgrading and replacing computer parts; handle documentation and asset inventory

Meet and exceed SLA standards: Close tickets in a timely manner, while upholding customer service standards

Understand and utilize ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change, etc.) and how they are used in a corporate environment

Provide guidance to Tier 1 support and team members

Requirements - Strong problem solving and analytical skills

Proficiency in Basic Troubleshooting

Adeptness in Microsoft Exchange

Basic Network Troubleshooting experience required

Foundational knowledge in Ticketing System

Solid understanding of Active Directory

Microsoft Office 365 experience highly desired

In this role, the candidate will be able to analyze complex business problems, propose effective solutions and understand and apply business vision and direction

If you have ITIL certification, you are strongly encouraged to apply

Ability to multitask effectively

Background in one or more programming or scripting language

3+ years' of experience supporting desktop/server operating systems and technologies such as Active Directory, DNS, Exchange and VMware

Excellent written, verbal and social communication skills highly desired

Applicants should have a combination of superior customer service skills and technical aptitude
