job detailsjob summary:A high-end residential construction team is seeking an Estimator to join them near Juno Beach, FL. This tight-knit group boasts hardly any weekend work, bonus opportunities, and 401K package.As Estimator, you will head up project costs and bid packages for clients for high-end residential builds. You will perform site visits and create scopes of work, obtaining quotes from materials suppliers, vendor negotiation/relations, and permitting specs. Estimators will also take measurements, send bids, prepare takeoffs, and create estimates for labor and equipment.Candidates should have at least 3 years of experience with residential estimating and building codes in the state of Florida. CBS (concrete block construction) experience is required.
