Description:seeking skilled CNC Operators to join our dynamic manufacturing team. CNC Operators play a crucial role in our production process by operating CNC machines to produce high-quality, precision framing panels. This position requires a deep understanding of CNC machinery, technical drawings, and the ability to maintain strict quality standards. The CNC Operator will be responsible for setting up, programming, and operating CNC machines to meet production goals and maintain product quality. Operators will be expected to handle a variety of tasks, from preparing and loading raw materials into the machines to inspecting finished products for accuracy and quality. In addition to operating the machines, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance and troubleshooting any issues that arise during the production process. This role also involves working closely with the engineering and quality assurance teams to ensure that all components meet the required specifications and standards. The successful candidate will have a strong knowledge in CNC operations, a keen eye for detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving Operate CNC machines to produce finished panels according to technical drawings and specifications. Set up and adjust machine settings to ensure optimal performance and accuracy. Perform routine maintenance on CNC machines to ensure proper functioning. Inspect finished products for quality and compliance with specifications. Troubleshoot and resolve issues with machinery and production processes. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Maintain accurate records of machine settings, maintenance activities, and production outputAdditional Skills & Qualifications: Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and blueprints. Strong understanding of CNC machinery, tools, and equipment. Excellent attention to detail and precision in work. Ability to troubleshoot and solve mechanical issues. Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team. Knowledge of safety protocols and practices in a manufacturing setting.
