ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:Provide customers with the highest levels of service and professionalism and ensure customer satisfaction while following Public Storage proceduresEngage with customers dailyCommunicating with existing customers to resolve their rental units and/or payment issues.Initiate and/or answer delinquent customer calls with goal of obtaining full payment.Perform administrative duties including: processing customer move outs, complete multiple property walks, and review property camera footage.Adhere to shift schedule and availability for calls, meetings, and trainingPerform other duties as assigned.Physical Requirements:Efficiently take customer calls, communicate verbally with clarity and professionalism.Use a computer with precision and speed: Use a keyboard and mouse comfortably while sitting for extended periods.Ability to transport lift/move items weighing up to 35 pounds.Should be able to walk in/around facilities in outdoor environments, including climbing stairs and opening large doors.
