We are seeking a hard-working Fry/Grill Cook to join our restaurant team. In this role, you will set up and break down the frying station and assist with prep work. You will then Grill/fry food to fulfill orders throughout your shift. Applicants should have some restaurant experience, although we are willing to train the right candidate who knows basic cooking techniques and equipment. Working in a kitchen can be stressful, so we are looking for an individual who can remain calm under pressure.
Fry/Grill Cook Duties and Responsibilities
Set up and break down work station
Assist with prep work
Fry food to order
Help refrigerator & freezer organized
Keep work area clean
Restaurant experience a plus
Knowledge of basic cooking techniques
Ability to stand for entire shift
Organizational and time management skills
Must Clean Work Station & Cooking Utensils at end of Shift
Ability to remain calm under pressure
