I'm a 50yo guy in Ocala who has cerebral palsy. I can't walk or speak. My friend, who is my caregiver, needs extra help with taking care of me. So, we are looking for part time help. We also prefer them to be LGBTQIA+ friendly, because I’m involved in the LGBTQIA+ community. The job requires some heavy lifting. The job also requires the person to do everything like feeding, dressing, bathroom, etc. We need someone from 10am to 7pm to get me up, shower me, feed me lunch and dinner, and go do errands if needed, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. My friend will do nights. We’ll discuss it in more detail later in person, like the pay.
The person DOES NOT REQUIRE being a CNA or something, but it would be nice if they were. They are just required to pass a Level 2 background screening. We would like to have someone who lives within 30 minutes of Downtown (NE) Ocala.
