Company Overview:

Chelation Doctors is a fast-growing medical company focused on delivering top-tier chelation therapy and other medical services. As we expand into a quasi-franchise model, we are seeking a driven and innovative Business Developer to streamline our internal processes and create an efficient operational system across multiple clinics, ensuring smooth coordination between clinic managers, medical directors, and physicians.

Job Summary:

The Business Developer will play a pivotal role in developing and optimizing the operational systems within the company. Your primary responsibility will be to establish, refine, and maintain streamlined communication and workflow protocols between clinic managers, medical directors, and the acting physicians within each franchise unit. You will be tasked with ensuring that these processes are efficient, scalable, and adaptable to support Chelation Doctors' growth into a quasi-franchise model.

Key Responsibilities:

System Development & Optimization:

Assess and analyze the current systems, workflows, and communication channels between franchise clinics, clinic managers, medical directors, and head physicians.

Design and implement optimized systems for day-to-day clinic operations, ensuring smooth and clear communication between all parties involved.

Create a standardized flow for onboarding new franchisees and setting up clinic operations that can easily scale across multiple locations.

Collaboration with Key Stakeholders:

Serve as a liaison between clinic managers and medical directors to ensure clear roles and responsibilities, minimizing bottlenecks in decision-making.

Work closely with the franchise head (Chelation Doctors) to align clinic operations with the overarching goals and compliance requirements of the franchise.

Facilitate communication between franchise clinics and the central headquarters, ensuring consistent operational standards.

Process Simplification:

Break down complex medical and administrative processes into simple, replicable workflows that can be easily adopted by all franchise units.

Develop and implement checklists, protocols, and reporting structures for clinic managers and physicians to ensure seamless daily operations.

Franchise Support and Training:

Assist in training new clinic managers and medical directors on the optimized systems and operational flows.

Develop training manuals, guidelines, and support tools that enable quick adoption of standardized processes for new franchises.

Performance Monitoring & Improvement:

Track and evaluate the effectiveness of the newly implemented systems, gathering feedback from clinic managers and medical directors.

Continuously refine systems based on feedback and performance data, ensuring that the franchise model remains efficient as the company scales.

Set key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor the effectiveness of the operational workflows and ensure franchise success.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, And/OR Healthcare Management Experience, Operations Management Experience, or a related field.

Proven experience (1-3 years) in business development, systems optimization, or operations within a healthcare or franchise-based company.

Strong understanding of medical clinic operations, particularly the relationship between clinic management and medical staff.

Demonstrated ability to design, simplify, and optimize complex processes, ensuring scalability and efficiency.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams across various levels of the organization.

Strong project management skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:

Experience in a medical franchise or quasi-franchise setting.

Knowledge of healthcare regulations, compliance, and best practices for medical clinic management.

Proficiency in project management tools, workflow optimization software, and digital collaboration platforms.

Compensation Structure:

Initial wages may reflect the startup nature of the company and are subject to adjustment as the company grows.

A profit-sharing model tied to performance is offered, providing opportunities for increased compensation based on results. Profit-sharing may be in lieu of an hourly wage if agreed upon, allowing for a flexible compensation arrangement that aligns with company performance.

This structure is designed to reward individuals who contribute directly to the growth and success of the company.
