Construction Project Manager

Doc's Restorations, an established residential remodeling company, is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager. Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to site visits, planning, overseeing and documenting all aspects of each project, ordering of materials based on estimate/bill of materials and scheduling labor. Must have experience with the permitting process, and reading plans while making sure that the scope and direction of each project is on schedule. Must have excellent leadership, time management, communication and analytical skills. Benefits include paid holidays, vacation, and gas with company vehicle.
