Cooks at Emeril's Coastal are responsible for preparation of high-level fine cuisine with strict adherence to recipes and quality standards. Our sauté cooks work at the kitchen's range preparing and cooking meats, poultry, fish, vegetables and variety of dishes using the sauté method.
We are looking for candidates that have experience in a fast-paced, fine dining kitchen. Culinary school training is preferred. Good grooming, and the ability to get along well with others are essential.
