General labor 2-3 days work

hi, I have a small house and I'm looking for a couple of people not afraid of work. Need to scrape the ceiling, remove light fixtures, vents, and doors, etc., as well demo out a couple of cabinets. If you are in good health, strong, and not afraid of work, and need cash, I will pay up to $30 an hour
