We are looking for a highly organized and motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can successfully manage multiple responsibilities at once. This role requires excellent communication and customer service skills, along with strong attention to detail and the ability to coordinate between customers, technicians, and vendors to ensure timely parts ordering and installation.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide excellent customer service by supplying accurate pricing and product information
Collect and process customer payments
Order parts in a timely manner — within 24 hours or same day when possible
Verify part requests submitted by Technicians
Track and confirm delivery of parts
Sign out parts to Technicians
Receive and process damaged or defective parts returned by Technicians
Dispatch and coordinate part installation appointments with customers
Track labor credits for DOA (Dead on Arrival) parts
Maintain accurate records using QuickBooks
Communicate effectively with team members, vendors, and customers
Qualifications:
Prior experience with QuickBooks is required
Strong multitasking skills and attention to detail
Bilingual (English/Spanish preferred)
Excellent communication and customer service abilities
Experience with dispatching or parts coordination is a plus
