Description Robert Half is currently seeking a contract to hire Accounts Receivable candidate for an opportunity in Orlando, Florida. This role is within the manufacturing industry where you will be responsible for managing customer accounts, processing payments, and ensuring the accuracy of billing data.Responsibilities: Prepare and issue invoices to clients and customers ensuring the accuracy and completeness of billing information. Record incoming payments, allocating them to the appropriate accounts. Handle different forms of payment such as checks, credit cards, and electronic transfers. Reconcile customer accounts to ensure all payments are accounted for and address any discrepancies. Prepare monthly statements for clients, maintaining transparency in transactions. Use various software like Microsoft Excel, QuickBooks, and SAP for efficient management of accounts receivable. Apply your skills in Account Reconciliation and Cash Collections to manage customer accounts effectively. Ensure the correct application of cash applications in the customer account management process. Collaborate with other team members to ensure all financial operations are running smoothly. Address customer inquiries related to their accounts and provide necessary information or solutions.Requirements Proven experience in Accounts Receivable or similar role in the Rubber Manufacturing industry. Proficiency in account reconciliation and cash applications. Strong knowledge of billing and cash collections processes. Excellent skills in Microsoft Excel for financial analysis and reporting. Proficiency in QuickBooks for accounting tasks and financial management. Experience with SAP for data management and business operations. Ability to manage and maintain accounts receivable records and transactions. High attention to detail and accuracy in financial tasks. Excellent organizational skills for managing multiple tasks and deadlines. Strong communication skills for interacting with clients and team members. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Problem-solving skills, particularly in resolving issues related to accounts receivable. Commitment to maintaining confidentiality of financial information. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is preferred.
