Barista

We are seeking a Barista in Orlando, FL to prepare high-quality coffee, tea, and specialty beverages while delivering fast, friendly, and exceptional customer service. This Barista role is now hiring and is ideal for individuals who thrive in a guest‑facing café environment and enjoy creating memorable experiences for customers. As a key member of the Food & Beverage team, you will prepare beverages using established recipes, maintain a clean and organized workspace, and follow all sanitation and safety guidelines.Provide fast, friendly, and personalized service to all customers.Receive and call back customer orders clearly and accurately.Educate customers on coffee, tea, specialty beverages, and café offerings.Answer phone calls courteously, including directions, orders, and inquiries.Perform accurate cash handling and operate the register properly.Prepare and serve hot, blended, and iced beverages following recipes and standards.Serve baked goods and other café items as needed.Answer product questions and maintain knowledge of blends, flavors, and freshness.Resolve minor customer concerns; escalate larger issues to management.Restock retail and café items as needed to maintain inventory flow.Maintain a clean, sanitary, and organized bar area and workspace.Take out trash according to policies and procedures.Perform other duties as assigned.
