We currently have an opening on our consumer electronics leadership team as a District Sales Manager for our Intel Client Account. The District Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day development of a team of remote Computer Sales Specialists in the assigned region. The DM will ensure execution of performance and quality standards as agreed upon by the client and ActionLink Operations.What We Offer

Duties
Responsible for the execution and communication of all ActionLink project sales strategies
Achieve all Key Performance Indicators including but not limited to:
Sales lift performance targets
Minimum compliance standards
In-store market share targets
Training site completions
Responsible for maintaining relationships with ActionLink sales specialists and retail store leadership teams
Hire and schedule all sales reps for their district/territory
Responsible for the mentoring and performance management of all representatives including rewards, recognition and accountability
Responsible for reporting in-field findings and making recommendations to Senior Leadership around process improvements made within the region
Monitor and review all field call reports
Adhere to the guidelines of the ActionLink Travel & Expense Policy
Qualifications:
Knowledge of retail business and sales execution required
2+ years experience leading a field sales team strongly preferred
Experience working in retail stores in a multi-unit capacity preferred
Enthusiasm and knowledge of computer technology or consumer electronics
Ability to build and foster business relationships at multiple levels
Ability to performance manage, mentor, and motivate a remote team
Strong ability to positively influence others
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proven time management and organizational skills
Home office space with reliable high-speed internet connectivity and a phone
Ability to work weekends
