Leidos has a Program Financial Analyst opening in support of the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) Customer and the AEGIS Program.The successful candidate will support the weekly invoice review and substantiation process, track and report task order financials to the NASA customer, track and report on funding, and participate in the monthly Task Order Management reviews.Primary Responsibilities: Collaborate with program team and across Leidos functions to maintain Earned Value Management “light” in compliance with contract and internal/external policies. Independently analyze all financial data, identifying issues and executing corrective actions, and forming recommendations for future projections. Clearly communicate these recommendations to both the Work Package leads, program leads, and finance management throughout the month. Review variances with Work Package Leads and Program Leadership to determine if adjustments need to be made to forecasts, R&O files, and any other reports going forward. Make these updates and provide updated projections timely and by the deadlines provided by management. Update and provide quality comments in the weekly and monthly variance files. Perform weekly travel cost validations in support of monthly invoice submissions. Manage subcontract labor funding and billing account setups. Make recommendations to senior leadership for making critical business decisions. Build internal and external relationships to grow the program and achieve strategic goals. Perform ad hoc assignments, plotting out and executing plans, researching and engaging with outside organizations where applicable to produce assignment objectives, and completing projects with minimal to no oversight.Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's degree with at least 2-4 years of finance experience (FP&A, Pricing, Program Finance). Positive can-do attitude with success leading projects under tight timelines. Experience in financial analysis and reporting and forecasting. Excellent communication, attention to detail, and problem solving skills. Able to obtain at minimum Public Trust clearance.Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge of Leidos Financial Systems such as Costpoint, Oracle Analytics Cloud, Cognos, Power BI, and ServiceNow.
