Description We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Project Manager to join our team. Located in Orlando, Florida, this role is in the education management industry. As an HR Project Manager, you will be responsible for various HR-related tasks including maintaining employee records, managing payroll, and ensuring compliance with HR policies. This is a short-term contract employment opportunity.Responsibilities: Implement and manage HR systems such as ADP - Financial Services and ADP Workforce Now Ensure accurate and efficient processing of payroll Maintain and update employee records, ensuring compliance with HR policies and regulations Develop and manage HR policies including PTO, sick days, and performance appraisal systems Conduct compliance training sessions such as sexual harassment or anti-discrimination workshops Oversee budget processes related to HR functions Develop and update job descriptions as needed Implement and manage an Employee Practices Liability Insurance policy Create an employee handbook that outlines company policies and procedures Utilize effective communication skills to resolve employee inquiries and concerns. Requirements Minimum of 3 years of experience as an HR Project Manager or in a similar role. Proficiency in ADP - Financial Services. Experience with ADP Workforce Now software. Knowledge of ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode. Familiarity with Ceridian software. Proficiency in Core HR functionalities. Experience with About Time software. Understanding of Benefit Functions within an HR context. Familiarity with Budget Processes in an HR setting. Exceptional Communication skills. Strong understanding of Compliance requirements in human resources.
