MOT Crew Lead

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced MOT Crew Lead to oversee and manage traffic control operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in traffic management, excellent leadership and communication skills, and a commitment to safety. The role requires adherence to all federal, state, and local regulations, as well as company policies and safety guidelines.Key ResponsibilitiesImplement traffic control measures to ensure the safety of the public and team members.Set up and dismantle lane closures and other traffic control equipment.Safely load, unload, and transport signs, cones, and barricades.Direct traffic around construction sites using flagging and signaling techniques.Maintain a clean and organized worksite.Drive company vehicles to transport equipment and trailers to and from work sites.Collaborate with coworkers to maintain a secure and efficient work zone.Monitor job site conditions and adjust traffic control strategies as needed.Follow all safety procedures and report any potential safety issues.Complete all required job-related paperwork and documentation.
