Patch and Polisher

Job Summary:We are looking for the best of the best to join our Patch and Polish Team. This is a chance for you to learn a skilled trade while being paid. Once you complete the course and graduate, you will become a Patch & Polisher, have an additional opportunity to increase your hourly rate, and put into practice what you have learned.  You will be graded not only on performance, but you also cannot miss any time during your training. The Patch and Polish associate will repair any imperfections in the gel coat during production.Job Details:The hours for this position are 5:30 AM - 4 PM Monday through Friday, with overtime required based on business needs.Key Responsibilities:Use a sander and putty.Review work Mix Gelcoat and putties when making repairsBuff and sand parts as neededInspect parts to meet quality standards
