Responsibilities:
Hand-stretch and prepare pizza dough to our quality standards
Prepare sauces, toppings, and ingredients daily
Create consistently excellent pizzas in a high-volume environment
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work station
Collaborate with kitchen staff and contribute to a positive team atmosphere
Ensure all food is prepared according to health and safety guidelines
Requirements:
Previous experience making pizzas (wood-fired or traditional ovens a plus)
Strong attention to detail and a passion for great food
Ability to work evenings, weekends, and peak rush hours
Reliable, punctual, and able to work well under pressure
Ability to follow recipes while also bringing creativity and pride to your craft
