Technical Skills
Operate pavers, rollers, and skid steers
Lay, level, and compact asphalt
Understand mix temperatures, rolling patterns, and joints
Basic civil construction knowledge (subgrade, basecourse, drainage)
Safety
Follow SWMS/JSA and PPE requirements
Traffic management awareness
Hazard identification
Quality
Check thickness, density, and surface finish
Prevent segregation and ensure proper compaction
Worksite & Practical Skills
Strong teamwork and communication
Efficient in fast-paced environments
Good manual handling and machine control
Compensation:
- $25 per hour
