Looking to start as soon as possible.

We are currently seeking a mature, dependable, detail oriented individual who has excellent organizational skills and the ability to multi-task. This is a part time office position with flexible hours for a small construction East Orlando.

The hours are Monday - Friday 9am - 3pm Negotiable we can go over that when you interview.

NO Weekends

The ideal candidate should have:

Great customer service and verbal communication skills.

A working knowledge of both Microsoft Office Suite (Excel and Word).

Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Answering Phone calls and assisting customers

Filing

Downloading and changing plans (will train)

Organizing office

Light cleaning

and much more.

We have been around since 1951 and we are looking for one person who has a lot of knowledge on the computer. Please email me your experience and references.
