About the Role:
We’re looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Office Manager / Administrative Secretary to join our fast-paced and rapidly growing team. The ideal candidate is proactive, dependable, and thrives in a professional environment where efficiency, accuracy, and communication are key.
This role supports daily office operations, assists management with administrative tasks, and helps coordinate projects in a high-performance sales and client service environment.
Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day office operations and maintain an organized workflow
Oversee scheduling, document preparation, and client communications
Maintain and update CRM systems and databases accurately
Assist with payroll processing and reporting
Handle DocuSign contracts, document uploads, and client file management
Generate reports and spreadsheets using Excel
Support management with drive tracking, reporting, and team organization
Coordinate between departments to ensure smooth workflow and communication
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in administration, office management, or executive support
Proficient in:
AI tools (ChatGPT, etc.)
Excel & Microsoft Office Suite
CRM systems and auto dialers
DocuSign and document management platforms
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Must be reliable, punctual, and organized
Experience in high-ticket sales environments is a major plus
Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required
