The Right Candidate Will Have Experience With The Following:
HVAC necessary(EPA Certified), painting, drywall, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, and irrigation repairs.
CPO certification is a bonus!
Candidates must have the desire and ability to address resident's customer service needs through clear and caring communication. Have the ability to work independently with a sense of urgency and are solutions oriented. Capable of walking/climbing stairs, moving appliances, climbing ladders, etc.
On-call required
If you do not need an apartment you must live within 15 minutes of the property.
