We’re Hiring: Maintenance Manager
We are reverting to a single Maintenance Manager setup to oversee all maintenance operations across our building, vehicles, and warehouse equipment.
This key leadership role requires more than just technical expertise and also bring strong management and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain all building facilities, vehicles, and warehouse equipment
Serve as the in-house Safety Officer responsible for:
Overseeing the fire protection system
Supervising the ammonia refrigeration system
Conducting safety awareness training
Implementing and managing the Emergency Action Plan for all employees
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
Qualifications:
Proven experience in maintenance management, preferably in a multi-facility environment
Strong leadership and communication skills
Technically sound in fire protection and ammonia refrigeration systems
Safety certification(s) or relevant training is a strong plus
Ability to develop and conduct internal safety training sessions
