We are seeking a motivated and technically proficient Junior
Network Engineer/Technician to join our team at Arine Health. You will be
integral in supporting and maintaining the clinic's network infrastructure, systems,
and technology solutions. Working closely with the IT team your responsibilities
will include troubleshooting technical issues and implementing technology
solutions to optimize clinic operations and enhance patient care.
Required Duties and Responsibilities:
● Provide problem analysis and all levels of technical support for onsite and
remote staff.
● Monitor, support and maintain Microsoft Enterprise Network and
infrastructure. Identify issues and concerns as well as respond to alarm
conditions.
● Work with IT staff and vendors on the timely resolution of IT related issues.
● Willing and able to quickly learn current and future applications that are
vital to the success of the company and its clients.
● Required rotational on call schedule, one week per month.
● Participate in IT security incident response, including detection, analysis,
and remediation.
● Stay updated on industry trends and technologies through professional
development activities.
