Job Summary
Exciting part time opportunity for an outgoing and personable go-getter! We are seeking an outdoor salesperson to canvass neighborhoods in the Greater Tampa area to generate leads for FAS Exteriors, a residential home improvement company. As a valued member of our Team, you will be educating potential customers about our products and services and turning them into qualified leads for our sales team. This is a part time position with full time earnings potential. We pay an hourly rate plus a generous commission on each appointment set.
In this role, you will be responsible for engaging potential customers in their homes, affirming an interest in our products and services and scheduling an appointment for them with another sales professional. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to build a rapport with clients. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment while developing your sales expertise.
Responsibilities
The successful incumbent will:
Present and demonstrate products effectively to engage potential clients.
Utilize negotiation skills to set appointments and meet or exceed targets.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
Collaborate with other team members s to develop effective outreach strategies.
Provide exceptional customer service throughout the process, addressing any questions or concerns promptly.
Continuously seek opportunities for business development and expand the customer base through referrals and networking.
Be at least 18 years old and able to work independently or as part of a team.
Able to work afternoons and weekends.
Have reliable transportation, be punctual and goal-oriented
Be clean and neat in appearance
Comfortable working outdoors and on foot for extended time periods.
Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM software is a plus.
Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences.
Experience in outbound calling and marketing strategies is beneficial.
