Job Details:
- Starting Pay - $17.50/HR
- Full Time, Permanent Opportunity!

Schedule Details:
- Monday - Sunday - You will have 2 days off per week!
- 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM or 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM - Must be able to work both schedules!
Job Duties:
- Repairs involving HVAC, electrical, and plumbing.
- Performing preventative maintenance such as HVAC, boilers, pool pumps, etc.
- Resets, and replaces breakers, ballasts, and other electrical fixtures including switches & sockets.
Job Requirements:
- MUST have 2 years of building/facility maintenance experience.
- MUST be skilled with various hand and power tools.
- Experience in HVAC, Electrical & Plumbing.
