We are seeking a qualified candidate that is capable of being hands on, leading a project and has the skills to do some of the required tasks if necessary to complete the job. Our ideal candidate will be experienced in and understand the flow of construction, able to read blueprints and calculate measurements. Must be Professional, respectful, Drug Free and reliable. Reliable means showing up for work in a timely and consistent manner. Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation. If you don't have tools, we can supply them as we have most tools needed. Must be knowledgeable in kitchen/bath remodels as well as general residential remodeling and additions and be able to coordinate sub trades as well as knowledge of installing cabinets/trim.
Skill requirements: trim carpentry-doors, casing, baseboard, crown, small drywall repairs, minor framing.
We are looking for someone seeking a long-term position with a highly reputable Company. As a Job Superintendent, you will be scheduling trades and Supervising trade work. On occasion will be assisting installing cabinets if necessary.
