PLUMBER HELPER
Job Summary:
Assembles, installs and repair pipes, fittings and fixtures of heating, water and drainage systems.
General Accountabilities:
Provides assistance to Plumber pursuant to Plumber's directions.
Duties include but are not limited to:
Digging ditches.
Transporting tools, equipment and materials to the job site.
Replacing tools, equipment and materials to the work truck.
Cuts and threads pipe.
The Company reserves the right to add or change duties at any time.
Job Qualifications:
Experience: 1 - 5 years
Competencies:
Communication; ability to take direction
Mechanically inclined
Ability to work independently
Knowledge of the field and how to properly use plumbing equipment/tools
Physical Demands:
Frequently required to bend, lift or climb
Occasionally required to lift moderated weights (25 - 50 pounds)
Work Environment:
Exposure to adverse conditions
Exposure to extreme heat or cold
Exposure to wet and/or humid conditions
Exposure to precarious places
