Orlando-based moving company is looking for clean-cut EXPERIENCED Lead Movers to join our team. Driving with a clean driving record is a plus.
We need strong people with great customer service skills! We have crew-lead and driver-mover positions available for experienced candidates available. We work in central Florida mostly with crews running 6 days a week and home every night.
We do residential, commercial, and special deliveries. We own our own trucks, and are an repeat Angi Award winner for doing things right. This company has been in business for 15+ years and in it for the long haul!
Hourly pay + tips
Crew Lead: EXPERIENCED means leading a team by providing direction and leadership to a moving team, and delivering excellent customer communications and services to the customer.
Moving: EXPERIENCED means at least 2 years of packing household items into boxes, physically carrying 85+ pounds repeatedly all day long, having a positive and please attitude, and present yourself well.
Driving: EXPERIENCED means at least 1 year of driving a 26' box truck (no CDL necessary) and a clean driving record for the last 3 years.
Responsibilities:
- Safely operate a box truck (drivers) to transport goods and materials to designated locations.
- Assist in loading and unloading items, ensuring proper handling to prevent damage.
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients and addressing their needs.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient moving operations.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
- We are looking for people with excellent customer service skills and a great attitude.
Bilingual with Spanish is a plus!
