This is a YEAR-ROUND full time position that will be cleaning part of the time at an office and part of the time at a house. Must have reliable transportation. This is not seasonal work or condo work. This is a physically demanding position and will require a certain amount of physical stamina. NON-Smoker. Duties will include but not limited to:
Cleaning Floors
Washing Dishes
Washing, Folding, Hanging and Ironing, putting away
Vacuuming
Mopping
Operating a walk behind floor scrubber
Dusting
Clean outside tables and decks
Washing windows
Cleaning leaves out of the pool
Picking up Groceries
Deep Cleaning
Organizing closets and or pantries
Ironing
This is a Monday thru Friday Job 30-40 plus hours per week working for a private company not a cleaning service. We are looking for one person that is desiring a long-term position. Start time will be 8 am daily.
