Job Description: Fronter - Appointment Setter (Manufactured Home Dealership)
We are seeking a driven and persuasive Fronter to join our dynamic sales team at our thriving manufactured home dealership. As a Fronter, you will play a crucial role in contributing to our dealership's growth by contacting warm leads and setting appointments for our sales representatives.
Responsibilities:
- Contact warm leads provided by the dealership via phone, email, or other communication channels
- Engage prospects in friendly and professional conversations to qualify their interest and needs in manufactured homes
- Present our dealership's manufactured home offerings in a compelling manner to generate curiosity and interest
- Set appointments for qualified leads with our sales team, ensuring a seamless handoff
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions and appointments in our CRM system
- Collaborate with the sales team to provide feedback on lead quality and suggest improvements
- Consistently meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly appointment-setting targets
- Stay up-to-date with our dealership's manufactured home models, features, and financing options to effectively communicate with leads
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a frontline sales role, preferably in an appointment-setting capacity
- Familiarity with the manufactured home industry is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and engaging phone manner
- Strong persuasion and objection-handling abilities
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and other relevant software tools
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional sales training or certification is a plus
- Resilience and a positive attitude, with the ability to handle rejection and maintain motivation
