Remote Call Center for Tourism Industry- $20.00 hourlyManpower has an immediate remote high volume call center position available that is working for the travel & tourism industry. Must be able to attend 4 week PAID remote Training class beginning 9/30/24-10/25 and is Monday-Friday, 2PM-11PM, daily attendance is mandatory!Work schedules will be given out during 4 week training and you must be able to work shift is 2nd shift. You must start working your 8 hour shifts between the hours of 2PM-5PM eastern standard time. One weekend day is required during your work shift. Client will provide laptop.Requirements:
Must have 3+ recent years of high volume inbound/outbound call center experience.
2+ years of experience with Tourism/Travel in bookings, de-escalations, reservations.
Corporate travel experience is preferred.
Salesforce experience preferred.
Conflict Resolution/Problem de-escalation
Computer proficient in multiple online portals/toggling
Microsoft Office, Gmail, Zoom, Webchat
Superb telephone skills, multi line phone systems
Resumes must show longevity in employment and no gaps of employment.
Must pass clients 7 year criminal background requirements.
