General handyman wanted for mobile home parks. Potential for management/leadership role.
Primary location is Pace with some work in Milton. Compensation based on experience and paid weekly. Contract labor capacity and a 1099 will be issued at the end of the year.

Listed below are some details.
1) Must have own vehicle (truck preferred) and hand tools.
2) Experience with mobile homes and/or remodeling preferred but not required.
3) Work includes general repairs, maintenance and mobile home remodeling.
4) Lawn care work (mowing, weed eating) and pressure washing. We have equipment.
5) Must be able to help move appliances in/out of trailers.
6) Monday through Friday, possible emergency work on the weekends.
