Staff Accountant

Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Staff Accountant in Plantation, Florida. As a Staff Accountant, you will be tasked with analyzing and reconciling accounts, particularly for our investment partnerships. You will work in a complex of buildings and will be expected to maintain accurate financial records for our organization.Responsibilities: Analyze and reconcile accounts for investment partnerships Handle several brokerage accounts and ensure they are updated every month Process and record financial transactions like dividends Conduct monthly bookkeeping tasks Use skills in Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Bank Reconciliations, General Ledger, Journal Entries, Month End Close, NetSuite, Oracle, QuickBooks, and SAP Ensure all financial data is entered accurately as if it was a checkbook Work under deadlines and complete tasks in a timely manner Maintain a professional and business casual attire at work Communicate effectively with the team regarding the duration of tasks.
