Accounting Manager/Supervisor

Description Ponte Vedra based client seeking an experienced Accounting Manager/Supervisor to join their team. The role involves overseeing all aspects of accounting for assigned units. The Accounting Manager/Supervisor will be responsible for month-end close, balance sheet reconciliations, budget preparation, forecast, audit schedules, and analysis related to business units. Responsibilities Oversee all aspects of accounting for assigned units. Manage month-end close procedures, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. Conduct balance sheet reconciliations, identifying and resolving any discrepancies. Prepare budgets and forecasts, taking into account business goals and financial trends. Develop audit schedules and oversee the creation of related reports and documentation. Conduct detailed analyses related to Production business units, providing insights to inform decision-making. Manage, train, and develop staff, fostering an environment of continuous learning and improvement.Requirements Requirements: Bachelor's in Accounting, CPA or CPA Candidate preferred Minimum of 7 years of experience in an accounting management or supervisory role Minimum of 2+ years supervisory experience Familiarity with 501C3 regulations Knowledge and experience with Workday software Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel Must be willing to work overtime including nights and weekends upon requestRobert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
