As a Kitchen Manager, you will:· Train, support and inspire the culinary team in the finer points of cooking
· Build a strong team, role modeling the importance of courtesy toward all
· Order products and ensure proper preparation
· Have a keen sense of budget
· Act as the subject matter expert regarding all health codes and sanitation practices
To perform this job successfully, you must have excellent communication skills and be able to read, write and speak English fluently. Additionally, the person must possess and adhere to the following core values:

Qualifications
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCEHigh school diploma or general education degree (GED); and a minimum of one year related experience and/or training.
