I would like to find someone who is looking for a long term home. We have an over 40% repeat clientele that you will be part of, you will be allowed to do any of your own specials and can run things how you like to operate, its a smaller place, but when we get busy you must be able to handle it. looking for a 5 day work week.
We are open 7 days a week.
This is a busy kitchen and you are the one running it, busy nights will have more staff on, you need to be able to run the kitchen on your own. there will be help on preps and the line.
Looking for someone strong, creative and knows how to execute.

We are located in Venice
Pay is very good and a raise in your first month and three months after that.
We open at 10am & close at 9pm the position is for someone who can fill that schedule or a half day schedule works as well
