Allswell Sarasota is looking for a HEAD CHEF – Busy Gastropub – Creative, Seasonal Menu
We’re looking for an experienced Head Chef to lead our kitchen at a busy, high-end gastropub known for scratch cooking, local ingredients, and elevated comfort food.
The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with a passion for flavor, consistency, and teamwork. You’ll be responsible for menu development, kitchen management, and maintaining the high standards our guests have come to expect.
We are opening a second location on Main Street Lakewood Ranch, and we are seeking the right candidate to take over the operations of Allswell, as our executive chef heads up the new location. This is a fully supported role. Executive chef and ownership will assist in this transition with a hard working, hands on approah.

Responsibilities:
Oversee daily kitchen operations and staff
Develop creative, cost-effective seasonal menus
Maintain food and labor cost controls
Ensure quality, consistency, and cleanliness
Lead, train, and inspire a talented culinary team
Requirements:
Proven experience as Head Chef or Executive Sous Chef in a high-volume kitchen
Strong leadership and communication skills
Passion for local, fresh ingredients and creative gastropub cuisine
Excellent organization and attention to detail
