We are seeking a trustworthy, attentive and compassionate female caregiver to support adult family member with disabilities. This is a long-term, stable position in a home environment for someone who is reliable and values meaningful work.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with daily care: food prep, comfort, routine exercises
-Provide mobility support and assist with safe transfers ( wheelchair to bed, bathroom,car)
-Follow established routines and respect family preferences
-Observe and report any changes in condition or comfort
-Keep care areas clean, safe, organized ( bedroom, bathroom, kitchen)
Requirements:
-Experience with adult disability or similar caregiving
- Ability to perform safe transfers
-Comfort working & learning varied medical needs- VERY IMPORTANT
-Calm, gentle demeanor
-No personal cell phone use during work hours
-Comfortable working with family present
-Non-smoker
