COMPENSATION AND INCENTIVES:
Highly Competitive Pay Rate $20 – $23 per hour. (Starting rate range, based on verifiable experience and skills).

Position:
Dedicated, reliable personal aide needed for a quadriplegic individual, (C3-C5 incomplete) requiring private home care in NW Bradenton. I am a very active, creative, and lighthearted quad, and I am looking for a competent caregiver who is not afraid to laugh, engage, and maintain a positive environment. This is a long-term, full-time opportunity (approx. 40 hours/week – specific shifts TBD). Due to the critical, time-sensitive nature of care and local traffic, preference will be given to the candidates with a short, reliable commute to NW Bradenton
Daily Duties (Mandatory):
Lifting/Transferring: must be physically capable of assisting with all transfers (e.g., Hoyer lift operation, training provided if necessary).
Personal Care: Showering, dressing, grooming, and general personal assistance.
Active Mobility & Pool Safety: Seeking an energetic and enthusiastic aide willing to actively participate in my active lifestyle. This includes assisting with full transfers (in/out via lift) you must be comfortable entering the pool with me for essential safety supervision.
Mobility Vehicle Maintenance: routine responsibility for keeping the mobility band clean inside (e.g., vacuuming, wiping services) and ensuring a tidy exterior appearance (e.g., light wash/wipe down, keeping windows clear).
Therapeutic Assistance: providing light therapeutic massage for leg/limbs and assisting with range of motion/light physical therapy exercises.
Meal Preparation
Light Housekeeping (organizing, tidying up)
General errand running/assistance.
Requirements:
Must have a current resume to be considered for an interview.

Must have an independent form of reliable transportation.
