Aqua Pure Solutions is launching a new door-to-door marketing division, and we are hiring both canvassers and a Canvassing Crew Manager to help build this team from the ground up.

About the Jobs
Canvassing Crew (4 positions available)
Go door-to-door in residential neighborhoods within one hour of Bradenton
Talk with homeowners, share information about our water treatment solutions
Collect basic info and set appointments for our sales team
Work in a team environment with daily goals
Canvassing Crew Manager (1 position available)
Hire, train, and manage a team of four canvassers
Work alongside your team in the field
Track performance and help the team hit weekly goals
Motivate and coach canvassers to improve results
Help shape the direction of our new canvassing division
Hours & Pay
30–40 hours per week
Competitive hourly pay + performance bonuses

Requirements (All Applicants):
Clean background check
Strong communication skills
Reliable and consistent work ethic
Able to work on foot for several hours
Positive, outgoing attitude
Additional Requirements (Manager Only):
Previous canvassing or door-to-door marketing experience
Experience leading a team, coaching, or supervising staff
Ability to motivate others and manage performance
