Permit Technician / Administrative Assistant
Job Summary
The Administrative Assistant / Permit Technician provides general administrative support and
assists with permitting tasks to help keep projects moving efficiently. This role also assists
multiple departments with administrative support.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with preparation, submission, and tracking of permits and related documents
Communicate with municipalities, agencies, and internal staff regarding permit status
Enter and update information in Salesforce
Provide general administrative support to office staff and management
Assist with special projects as assigned
Qualifications
Prior administrative or office experience preferred
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Basic computer skills (email, Word, Excel, Salesforce)
Work Environment
Office-based position in a fast-paced environment. This position requires flexibility, the ability
to adapt to shifting priorities, and comfort working in a non-corporate, get-it-done environment.
