Duties
Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and potential clients.
Manage the entire sales process from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring a seamless experience for customers.
Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM tools to track leads, manage customer interactions, and report on sales activities.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction.
Must be comfortable walking on roof
Must be comfortable carrying & climbing ladders
3 day training to understand sales material with additional field training
Clean Background, no Drugs or criminal record
Driver's License (Required)
Experience
No sales skills required just a wiliness to learn and develop sales skills
Strong customer service skills with a focus on building long-term relationships.
Familiarity with sales management techniques and business development strategies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients at all levels.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
