Waterfront mobile home community seeks experienced Maintenance Tech for on-site, full time work. Work involves typical skills for daily maintenance requirements of the community, including carpentry, minor electrical, minor plumbing, a/c filters, pool maintenance, etc. (pool school paid for pool certification) Health insurance paid @ 75% with excellent plan. Must be bondable, have verifiable references, drug test required. Valid Driver License. Monday - Friday, 6:30 AM - 3:30 PM, weekdays, occasional Saturday AM for pool check, Great co-workers, our residents appreciate our staff ! Experienced only, start the new year in a new position !
