I’m hiring for a scheduler.
It is M-F 8-5.
This is not a work from home position.
The office is located in Palm Bay.
Your responsibilities are:
Answering phones and calling missed calls quickly
Confirming estimates and making sure the estimators schedules are correct
Assisting with scheduling jobs when needed
Assisting office members
Assisting estimators
Basic data entry
Skills needed:
Customer service
Strong Communication
Problem solving
Basic computer skills
Time management
Experience in scheduling
Knowing the zip codes is a plus
Bilingual is a plus
Sales experience is a plus
Being able to follow instructions
