ACB provides debt collection services for apartments communities nationwide and medical providers in Central Florida.
PRINCIPLE RESPONSIBILITIES
Contact consumers to collect on past due accounts.
Negotiate payment arrangements/offer solutions to help consumers satisfy outstanding debts.
Provide professional customer service in an accurate and timely manner.
Maintain a positive, problem-solving approach within a team environment.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Excellent written, communication and listening skills.
Basic computer skills.
Must represent the company in a professional and businesslike manner.
Highly motivated by achievable performance goals and lucrative earning potential.
Excellent negotiation, persuasion skills.
Collections/Phone sales experience preferred but will train the right candidates.
