Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Construction Foreman to lead residential remodeling projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate is an experienced tradesperson and team leader who can manage crews, ensure high-quality work, maintain timelines, and uphold safety standards on all job sites.
Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate all on-site construction activities.
Manage and schedule crews, subcontractors, and material deliveries.
Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.
Conduct site inspections and maintain quality control.
Communicate progress and issues with project managers and clients.
Enforce company safety policies and procedures.
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of residential construction or remodeling experience (foreman or lead carpenter mandated).
Strong knowledge of carpentry, framing, drywall, and finish work.
Ability to read plans and manage multiple projects.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Must pass a knowledge-based test prior to employment.
OSHA certification or safety training is a plus.
