Responsibilities:
Perform interior painting for apartment units.
Prepare surfaces by cleaning, patching, and priming.
Select and apply paints to achieve uniform and appealing finishes.
Work independently, ensuring timely completion of each unit.
Pay attention to detail to maintain high standards.
Qualifications:
Experience in apartment painting or other rental properties.
Familiarity with common apartment layouts and materials.
Reliable transportation.
Own basic tools and equipment.
Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision.
Ability to paint 1,000+ sq.ft. per day.
Excellent communication skills.
