Must have experience:
Looking for individual to work in residential renovations. Full time. Pay based on skill by hour pay. The more skilled in all aspects of exterior remodel the better.
Willing to train the right person who wants to learn and grow.
Multi-skilled individual to perform in the following tasks;
Able to do vinyl siding, hardi-board, soffit and fascia.
Experienced in some carpentry.
Able to do exterior residential repairs.
Mostly anything exterior.
Minimum Employment Requirements:
Able to work with a crew leader for a 2-3 man crew.
Have own tuck or car. Not dropped off.
Able to use basic tools, saws etc.
Must be able to lift 50 lb.
Use a ladder and scafolding for 2 story.
Experience with working on exterior remodel.
Wants to grow and learn in remodel.
Absolutely:
No drugs or alcohol.
No family drama.
Professional appearance and altitude a must.
Quality and efficiency are a requirement.
